Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for Retail Patrol in Los Angeles, CA. You will monitor and patrol commercial spaces, deter incidents, and deliver friendly customer service to tenants and visitors.

This full-time position offers day-time shifts across multiple days, requires at least two years of security experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds. A guard card is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of common areas, parking, entrances, and perimeter.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per site protocols.
• Monitor access points and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and promptly.
