Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Torrance, CA. The role involves patrolling retail areas, assisting tenants and visitors, and responding to incidents with a calm, professional approach.

The position requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and successful background and drug screening. Pay is $16.90 per hour with a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift pattern, and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• 18+ years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and delivery personnel per site procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail common areas, parking and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance issues or suspicious activity.
• Maintain daily activity reports and incident documentation per Allied Universal standards.
