Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Dallas, TX for part-time shifts. You will perform unarmed vehicle patrols, monitor access points, and assist with incident reporting while delivering excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Requirements include at least 2 years in security, a valid driver's license, and comfort with using a computer or tablet. The role pays $19.23 per hour with evening schedule options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• State/county/city-issued security license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check and drug screening as required by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of aerospace and defense facilities, buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access control points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrol findings, incidents, and unusual conditions accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.
