Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time role involves patrolling, monitoring access points, responding to alarms, and delivering exceptional customer service with clear communication.

You will use computer or tablet systems to support badge control and report incidents, contributing to a safe, collaborative, and proactive security team culture.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while following site policies.
• Conduct regular/random patrols of facilities to identify issues and report them.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in line with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate to appropriate contacts or responders.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain documentation of patrols and incidents.
