Allied Universal in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer on the Patrol Driver Alarm Panel role. You will monitor a construction site, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while driving a patrol route with a valid license.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and situations calmly, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the site to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access by observing visitors, contractors, deliveries, and vehicles.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations per reporting procedures.
