Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver with computer reporting duties in Falls Church, VA. This full-time role requires patrolling, customer service, and clear communication to deter incidents while representing Allied Universal’s values.

You will operate a computer or tablet, complete incident reports, and coordinate with management and emergency services as needed. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• On-site facilities are limited (portable toilets, rustic guard shack).
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols in retail areas and parking lots.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate with site management.
