Job summary

Allied Universal in Manassas, VA is seeking a full-time Unarmed Driver Patrol Security Officer. You will drive and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, respond to alarms, and support visitors, tenants, and staff with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, background check and drug screen will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and clients while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail property, common areas, parking, and perimeter and report issues.
• Monitor access points to maintain an orderly environment for shoppers and staff.
• Prepare clear incident reports and maintain documentation of patrols and activities.
