Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and unusual conditions to store contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence.
