Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors while performing site-specific procedures and access-control practices.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed; maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Report maintenance concerns, traffic hazards, and suspicious activity per site procedures.
