Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Charlottesville, VA to protect clients across utilities and other sectors. This driving, unarmed role emphasizes visible security, responsiveness, and courtesy while maintaining a professional presence.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, document activity, and respond to incidents following site protocols. A valid driver's license is required, and the position offers full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients at a utilities-related location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, grounds, access points, equipment areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and potential hazards to appropriate site personnel and/or Allied Universal supervision.
