Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Site Awareness in Columbus, OH to protect a high‑tech data center and its clients. You will perform regular patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, monitor access points, and deliver outstanding customer service while following site procedures.

This full‑time role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to work DayTime shifts, and compliance with background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license per job requirements.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Criminal histories considered in accordance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following site protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, and access points.
• Monitor access control, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and escort as needed.
• Prepare accurate activity logs and incident reports for leadership.
