Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to use a computer or tablet, and age 18+ (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen are required by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• A driving position requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors while following site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the data center campus and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access control points and document activities per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report as required.
• Maintain professional presence at a high-availability technology location per post orders.
