Cascadia Global Security is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Pasadena, TX. This role supports access control, patrols, and safety at client sites with flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.

We require 21+ years old, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks. Training and licensing are provided; part-time or full-time options available, with opportunities for growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Access control at client sites.
• Investigate and report safety conditions that may endanger the client and public safety.
• Patrol facilities on foot to maintain visibility and deter incidents.
• Deterrence of theft and vandalism.
• Ensure a safe and professional environment for client personnel.
• Maintain concise daily administrative documentation.
• Uphold uniform attire and grooming standards.
• Perform other related duties as required.

About the position

• Title: Unarmed Security Officer
• Location: Pasadena, TX 77503
• Employment type: Part-Time or Full-Time
• Schedules:
• Saturday - Sunday 6 pm - 6 am
• Monday - Friday 2 pm - 10 pm
• $17.00
• Daily pay; get paid as soon as the NEXT DAY!

This position requires the use of a company vehicle. All applicants must be over 21, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a DMV background check.

Security Officer Responsibilities

• Access Control
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
• Patrols are assigned on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activities at client facilities
• Theft and vandalism deterrent
• Ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment
• Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete
• Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform
• Perform other related duties as required

• Minimum 21 years of age

Pay and Benefits

• Salary: $17.00 per hour
• We offer 50% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision insurance for Full-time employees after 60 days of employment
