Job summary

Cascadia Global Security is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer in Corpus Christi, TX for a part-time role of 24 hours per week. The schedule is Saturdays and Sundays from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM, with an hourly pay of $17.00 and daily pay next day.

• Must have basic computer skills for daily reporting.
• Experience with report-writing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Access Control at client sites.
• Investigate and report safety or maintenance conditions that may endanger people or property.
• Patrol facilities on foot to maintain visibility and deter incidents.
• Deter theft and vandalism and ensure safety for clients and staff.
• Maintain concise and complete daily admin documentation.
• Uphold uniform and grooming standards while in uniform.
• Perform other related duties as required.

About the position:

• Title: Unarmed Security Officer
• Location: Corpus Christi, TX
• Employment type:Part-time (24 hours per week)
• Schedule: Saturday - Sunday 5:30PM - 5:30 AM (Overnights)
• $17.00 per hour

This position requires the use of a company vehicle. All applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Driver's License, and be able to pass a DMV check.

Security Officer Responsibilities:

• Access Control
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
• Patrols are assigned on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activities at client facilities
• Theft and vandalism deterrent
• Ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment
• Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete
• Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 21years of age
• Basic computer skills and report-writing experience
• Available to work shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and emergencies

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary: $17.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Security: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
