Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Customer Relations in Ashburn, VA to safeguard clients across multiple industries, including government.

In an unarmed patrol role at a public school location, you will perform routine patrols, deter incidents, and foster a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service and reporting observations using available technology.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• A valid guard card or license preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and community members by following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and report observations.
• Conduct regular patrols of school buildings, grounds, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor screening and directions.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate with school personnel and authorities.
