Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Documentation in Kingston, MA to provide friendly, professional security and customer service at a retail location.

You will patrol, monitor access, document observations, and respond to incidents while maintaining a visible presence and a welcoming environment. Requires minimum qualifications listed; offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow with a leading security provider.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, property concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while maintaining professional communication with site management and Allied Universal leadership.
