Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Perimeter Patrol in Lebanon, OH. You will conduct routine site patrols, maintain visibility to deter incidents, and report security concerns while delivering professional customer service to employees and visitors.

Work schedule includes nights and weekends, with full-time hours. The role requires at least a high school diploma, a background check, and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior areas, parking, and perimeter to identify hazards and ensure security.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to maintain approved entry to critical areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a professional manner and document observations for site reports.
• Prepare accurate patrol and incident reports and communicate findings to leadership and site personnel.
