Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Perimeter Patrol in Lebanon, OH. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents at a technology, media, and telecom location.

This full-time role pays $20.60 per hour, with night-shift schedule Mon-Sun 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM. Allied Universal offers training, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter to identify unusual activity and hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to maintain authorized entry to data center and technology infrastructure areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, professional problem-solving and document observations.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate patrol findings to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Job Schedule:

• Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain authorized entry to data center and technology infrastructure areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel regarding patrol findings, incidents, and shift activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
