Job summary

Allied Universal in Wilmer, TX is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver to protect client sites across Tech/Media/Telecom. You will perform unarmed security patrols, maintain a visible presence, and deliver strong customer service.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a pay rate of $18.75 per hour, following a Fri/Sat/Sun night schedule. A valid driver’s license, high school diploma, and background/drug screening are required. The company offers tools, training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and post orders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols and observations.
