Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, production or technology spaces, parking areas and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity and building conditions; report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site-specific protocols.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications.
