Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers and deliveries while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization, reporting irregularities.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document events accurately.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, supervisors and responders.
