Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain required licenses.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred but not mandatory.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles as applicable.
• Background check and drug screening as per federal, state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Perform regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, assist visitors with directions, and report unusual conditions to site leadership.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports according to procedures.
