As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Fresno, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help deter incidents, and support access control activities. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, teamwork-focused, and integrity-driven values.

Pay Rate: $18.55 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 09:30 AM - 05:00 PM
• Sun 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying authorization as directed, and reporting irregularities to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and documenting events accurately.
• Observe trailer, vehicle, and package movement as assigned, report damaged property or suspicious activity, and maintain clear communication with dispatch, supervisors, and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
