Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license in the job location state.
• Experience with access control and badge processes preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check per federal/state/local laws; criminal histories considered.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Licensed Unarmed Patrol Driver in Fresno, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and support a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity while helping maintain a welcoming environment.

Pay Rate: $17.26 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate site contacts.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.


• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and designated site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.


• Experience with access control and badge processes is preferred.


• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.


• CPR certification is preferred.


• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
