Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and meet Allied Universal policy requirements.
• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, entry points, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; document observations and incidents per site requirements.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and emergency responders.
