Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Lafayette, IN. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access, and remain visible to deter incidents while delivering professional customer service. A valid driver’s license is required for this driving role and the position is full-time.

Shifts run in the afternoon/evening hours with overtime potential. The role involves lifting up to 20 pounds, basic security procedures, and reporting activities in standard logs.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access policies.
• Conduct patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/vehicle entry per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies; notify site contacts and responders as needed.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately in reports and shift logs.
