Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and promptly; document and report information per site procedures.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols in retail areas, parking lots, exteriors, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with traffic flow, parking issues, and events per site procedures.
