Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail areas, entrances, parking lots, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately while guiding visitors and staff.
