Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Criminal history considered as allowed by applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, families, staff, and guests following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of grounds, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and provide directions to support a respectful environment.
• Document patrols and incidents according to procedures.
