Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen required, where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and the public at a utility services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization per procedures, document logs.
• Communicate observations and issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
