Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required per policy.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility customers while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify authorizations, and maintain visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and communicate to leadership and site contacts.
