Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Operations in Sparks, NV to monitor and safeguard client sites, deliver excellent customer service, and deter security issues. You will perform rounds, report observations, and maintain a strong, visible presence at a logistics-focused location.

The role offers full-time hours with a daytime and night schedule, and a starting pay of $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation per applicable laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; environments may vary by site.
