Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility customers while following site security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify authorization, and maintain visitor records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; document observations and notify leadership.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate information to site contacts.
