Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers and visitors while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in retail areas, parking lots and perimeters.
• Respond calmly to incidents and disturbances following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or safety concerns to leadership and site contacts.
• Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports for site leadership.
