Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications site.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols to deter incidents and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unauthorized activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following established protocols.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain patrol and incident logs.
