Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Guard card or license preferred.
State/county/city-issued security license preferred.
Customer service experience preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation required by law.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the location, interior and exterior, to identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized access.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report them per procedures.
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and other security activities promptly.
