Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Cleared Security Officer - Unarmed to serve at a Longmont facility. You’ll guard the site, manage the front desk, check in employees and visitors, issue badges, monitor access, and perform routine patrols. An active DoD Secret clearance is required.

The role offers flexible shifts via our platform and opportunities across industries. Pay is $24.82 per hour, with a strong emphasis on safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background checks and drug screen required in accordance with laws and policies.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed where required).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Manage front desk, check employees and visitors in and out, issue badges.
• Monitor facility access and respond to security concerns.
• Notice irregular or unusual conditions and report them.
• Announce emergencies and summon police or fire services as needed.
• Maintain logs and prepare reports on incidents and events.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Follow post orders and coordinate with site management.
