Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Operations in Bethesda, MD. You will patrol mall areas, deter incidents, monitor access, and provide exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s culture.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least 6 months of security experience. Shifts run day-time to night, with a schedule that includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state or locality.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors while following site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of mall common areas, entrances, parking, and perimeters.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control, crowd management, and directing visitors during events.

Education

Guard card or license preferred

Access control and badge experience preferred

Alarm panel experience preferred
