Allied Universal® in North East, MD seeks a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Badge Operations. You will patrol, deter incidents, and support access control while maintaining a visible, professional presence.

A valid driver’s license is required and the role emphasizes customer service and clear communication on a collaborative team. The position offers a day-to-day schedule with overnight shifts, and pays $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Loss prevention and customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening required by policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while following site procedures and policy.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols around the premises and report concerns.
• Maintain site condition awareness and report maintenance or policy violations.
• Complete activity reports and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
