Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional - Unarmed for a hospital setting in Savannah, GA. Responsibilities include interior/exterior patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, report writing, and de-escalation. TB testing and vaccinations may be required; drug screening may be conducted as permitted by law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable employment history in customer service or protective services.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to operate radio/console equipment.
• Current driver’s license if driving company- or customer-owned vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform patrols of hospital grounds on foot or in vehicle; document observations.
• Assist hospital staff with de-escalation of situations; restrain when necessary.
• Transport patients to the morgue as needed.
• Escort patients from helicopter pad to the emergency room.
• Assist with evacuations during fires or medical emergencies.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Monitor entrances/exits; ensure only authorized persons enter the hospital.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
