Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the healthcare location including entrances and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management according to site policies.
• Document incidents and communicate relevant information promptly to appropriate personnel.
