Qualifications

• Minimum two years in customer service or protective services.
• Must be able to operate radios/console monitors and document observations clearly.
• Ability to interact cordially with the public and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform unarmed patrols on foot or by vehicle in hospital settings.
• Assist staff with de-escalation and restrain if necessary within guidelines.
• Escort patients and transport to appropriate areas as required.
• Support evacuations during emergencies and monitor access points.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports.
