Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional - Unarmed for a hospital setting. The role focuses on unarmed patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, and reporting within a healthcare facility. TB testing and vaccinations may be required, with drug screening where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver's license if driving a company- or customer-owned vehicle.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable employment history in customer service or protective services.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (or as required by state).
• Operate radio/telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Strong communication skills with the public.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Perform security patrols of hospital grounds on foot or in vehicle; document observations.
• Assist staff with de-escalation of situations; restrain if necessary per guidelines.
• Transport patients to the morgue as needed.
• Escort patients from helicopter pad to emergency room when required.
• Assist with evacuations during emergencies.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department as needed.
• Manage entrances/exits to ensure only authorized individuals enter.
• Observe for theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and maintain logs.
