The position requires a High School diploma or GED (associate degree preferred) and 1–2 years of security or healthcare-related experience. CPR certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors lobbies, entrances, and security systems.
• Prepares incident reports and maintains records.
• Utilizes de-escalation techniques to ensure safety and respect.
• Assists with wayfinding, parking, and delivering information to staff and visitors.
• Responds to code calls and documents investigations as required.
• Controls access to facilities and inspects packages as directed.
• Participates in meetings and cross-functional safety initiatives.
