Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• 1–2 years of related security experience; internal MWCH candidate with 1 year tenure may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance.
• Conduct security patrols of the facility and grounds.
• Prepare and submit incident reports and logs.
• Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to maintain safety.
• Assist with way-finding, parking, deliveries, and information requests.
• Respond to security and medical code calls and investigate incidents.
• Monitor access, cameras, and intrusion systems; report safety and security violations.
