Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Escort patients, visitors and employees; patrol grounds; mitigate environment of care hazards.
• Deter criminal activity through routine patrols of hospital property including parking areas.
• Enforce policies such as parking regulations, visitation rules, and safety protocols.
• Monitor CCTV to identify escalating situations requiring protective services involvement.
• Intervene in confrontations when appropriate and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Document duties with daily logs and incident reports.
