Responsibilities

• Protect patients, visitors and employees by escorting and patrolling.
• Deters criminal activity through patrols of hospital property and parking areas.
• Enforce hospital policies including parking, visitation, drug enforcement, and tobacco policies.
• Monitor security systems and respond to incidents.
• Intervene in confrontations as needed.
• Document duties in logs and incident reports.
