Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel while enforcing site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, perimeter areas, and access points.
• Monitor entrances, exits, visitor activity, and restricted areas per post orders and facility procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and daily logs; communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership.
