Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees by following site policies and procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and in accordance with procedures.
Monitor access to the property and verify visitor/contractor authorization as needed.
Document patrols and incidents accurately and promptly per site procedures.
