Allied Universal in Boston, MA is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Patrol Awareness). You will monitor access, patrol assigned areas, and provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff while maintaining a visible security presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed), a high school diploma or equivalent, and successful background/drug screening where required.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site procedures.
• Monitor access to residential common areas and document activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate contacts and emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of common areas, parking, exteriors, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear incident reports, patrol logs, and shift communications.
